I was looking at multiple vendors for embroidery string and non had what I was looking for till I found this place. Having a somewhat overwhelming array of colors available I send a message to Chelsea via Whatsapp with the color I wanted as well as a reference picture. Despite knowing it was a smaller order, Chelsea took the time to not only send me a picture of the requested color, she also send me a picture of all the closest colors they have available after I told her that it wasnt 100% right. Communication was excellent, friendly and prompt and I was even reminded that the delivery would only be send on Tuesday due to a public holiday on that Monday. Once it was loaded I was send a PIN not only by the Courier company, but by Chelsea as well. I will most certainly be using this place for all materials that they stock for any future projects I start. TL:DR - Fast, friendly service with quick results
